She has completed a comprehensive three-year residency in foot and ankle surgery at the Tucson VA where she developed a strong interest and talent for reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and diabetic foot care.  Dr. Huston is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and is Board Qualified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Personal Background Dr. Erika T.C. Huston was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio.  Her undergraduate studies began at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and continued to The Ohio State University.  Her overwhelming desire to become a podiatrist took her to Chicago, Illinois where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree and attained her degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. She attributes her high standards and ethics to the wholesome Midwestern values she acquired during her childhood and these studies. Her community involvement includes being a Board member of Hug-a-Pug adoption and rescue organization.  She is supported at home by her dedicated husband who cares for their children.
