We participate with Medicare and file claims electronically. We participate with
many PPO and HMO organizations. Please consult your directory or inquire with your Primary
Care Physician. A current referral may be needed prior to your appointment.
Whenever indicated we obtain referrals from managed care organizations and attempt to make
our patient's visits as smooth as possible.
We file primary and secondary insurance, however payment for all services is ultimately
your responsibility.
We expect payment at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. All co-pay
amounts must be paid at the time of service. We accept MC/Visa/Amex/Discover.
